Running Coaching
Jonny offers a remote/online running coaching service to develop plans for runners who want to target events or achieve specific running goals.
This involves an assessment of your previous running history and training practices in order to develop an effective and achievable plan. Plans are delivered monthly via an app that will link to your running watch and guide you through sessions. You will have a monthly catch-up call to discuss progress and the plan for the month ahead as well as correspondence within the month to navigate any issues that may arise. Plans will also include strength and conditioning exercises as well as running development drills, advice on training recovery and race management.
